Frequently asked questions
Does CrediSegur hire under an employment contract or a service agreement?
CrediSegur can bring Credit Advisors on board through two distinct models, depending on the company's structural needs and the candidate's profile: an employment contract, when there is a structural need; or a service agreement, in a more autonomous, results-oriented model.
How does the employment contract model work?
Under this arrangement, hiring always depends on the company's structural needs. The model includes: a fixed salary, a variable component tied to production, full integration into the organizational structure, and access to tools, training, and operational support.
How does the service agreement model work?
In this model, compensation is essentially variable and directly tied to the Advisor's actual production. Even so, the professional has access to a range of structural benefits, namely: qualified leads, a structured CRM, case management tools, marketing support, and training and technical support. This model allows greater autonomy while maintaining an organizational framework and support.
How does the commission model work?
The commission model is transparent and defined upfront. It is aligned with the Advisor's actual production, making it possible to reach income levels above the industry average, based on performance and results.
Does CrediSegur provide leads?
Yes. CrediSegur has its own digital acquisition tools, including simulators and comparison tools, that generate qualified leads. Advisors can also develop their own portfolio and network of contacts.
Can I have my own individual landing page?
Yes. Each Advisor can have a personalized landing page within the CrediSegur website, enabling: direct identification of lead sources, stronger professional positioning, and simulators and comparison tools linked to their profile.
What tools are available?
Advisors have access to: a structured CRM, home loan simulators, personal loan comparison tools, training plus case and technical support, and a marketing structure and digital presence.
Is prior experience required?
Experience in banking or credit intermediation is valued, but profile, sales ability, and the ambition to grow are equally decisive.
Is there support during onboarding?
Yes. Onboarding includes initial training and operational support, ensuring confidence, technical quality, and professionalism from the very first case.
Is there room to grow within the organization?
Yes. CrediSegur is committed to the sustainable growth of its structure, creating advancement opportunities for high-performing profiles committed to the brand.
